Who is the Capital One registered agent?

Every corporation has to have a statutory agent in the state they are operating in. Call your local corporate commission and ask who it is.

IE: I live in Arizona. I would be calling the Arizona Corporate commission office and requesting who is the listed statutory agent for the bank. Most states have a web-sight that you can also get that information from.

Do not however, expect to obtain anything other than an address. Statutory agents do not make their phone numbers readily available for obvious reasons.

All you need is the address on where to serve.

The surest way to serve Capital One is to serve them in the State of Virginia at either their corporate office located at 1680 Capital One Drive McLean, VA 22102 or their registered agent, Corportion Service Company, located at 1100 E. Main St, Suite 1600, Richmond, VA 23218.
