NO the check is not real please call the bank it is drawn on and let them know what's going on i put an add on Craigslist for a room mate and received a check from Steve from the navy federal credit union and he wanted me to cash it at my bank and take out what i needed for rent and security and mail the rest back to him. i called the bank first to see if it was real or a scam and it's a scam. good luck to the rest of you.
