You can eat raw salmon fillets. Theoretically, you should also be able to eat super-glue, chimneys, and poisonous frogs, though you might not be able to digest them. Eating raw fish isn't a good idea unless you know that the fish has been cleaned well. You could be sick. Or die. Or you could spend hours pooping in the toilet.

If it is smoked then it is no longer raw... Its just cold. It is ok to eat cold smoked salmon. Smoking the fish actually makes it keep longer. In most cases it is ok to eat salmon raw as well... But it has to be fresh, never frozen and obviously not rotten at all.

No, grilled salmon does not weigh the same as raw salmon. Cooking causes moisture loss, leading to a reduction in weight. Typically, grilled salmon can lose about 20-25% of its weight compared to its raw state due to this evaporation of water content. Therefore, if you start with a specific weight of raw salmon, the grilled portion will be lighter.

No, 6 ounces of raw frozen salmon is not the same weight as cooked salmon. When salmon is cooked, it loses moisture, fat, and some weight due to evaporation and cooking processes. Typically, cooked salmon weighs about 20-25% less than its raw counterpart, so 6 ounces of raw salmon will yield approximately 4.5 to 5 ounces when fully cooked.
