No. Great White Sharks only live in salty oceans. There is such a thing as freshwater sharks, but no sharks live in the Continental United States rivers, lakes, streams, etc.
Not in the fresh water, but in the area of brackish (fresh and ocean water mix) water there are possibly some Great White Sharks. It's unlikely that they would remain in that type of water, for long enough to be considered 'living there', though. There are historical records of at least one Great White Shark which swam up some rivers around New Jersey back in the 1920's, give or take a few years. It killed several people, injured some others and inspired the movie 'Jaws'.
No. The only sharks that can live in fresh water are bull sharks, and it's too cold for them live in the Canadian river.

YES! Bull sharks mainly stay in brackish waters. They have the ability to swim up the river. Bull sharks have been found at the end of the Mississippi river in the Northern Part of America.
No. The Bull Sharks are known to swim up the Ganges River and hence sometimes they are confused with the Ganges River Shark. The Ganges Shark is a fresh water shark that is indigeneous to the Ganges river of India. They are a critically endangered species. Whereas, the Bull sharks can live in both salt and fresh water.
There is the Bull Shark also known as the Zambezi Shark, these sharks can live in both fresh and salt water
