Bull sharks can make it all the way up to the great lakes but they are only looking for food and there currently is an abundance of Asian carp which should keep them in the rivers. However, the Great Lakes are very cold and it is unlikely that Bull sharks can survive in there for too long, in addition to them not bring truly a freshwater shark species.
