not really. snails use more touch to find their way around. their eyes aren't very good, they just detect shade and not shade. then the snails tend to stay away from light too, so a bit of light could be there, but not too much.
I am sure they sleep, because most living things need sleep to survive (including plants!). I take care of Garden Snails, and I find that they slip into their little shells and remain like that until they are awoken with a shower of water, and thinking that it is rain, they slither out of their shells and look around for food, which is when I give them a piece of lettuce. So they do sleep, inside their shells.

A snail's tentacles serve as sensory organs that help it detect its surroundings, find food, and navigate its environment. The tentacles are equipped with chemoreceptors that allow the snail to taste and smell its surroundings, helping it locate food and avoid predators. Additionally, the tentacles can sense changes in light and temperature, aiding the snail in finding suitable habitats and avoiding danger. Overall, the tentacles play a crucial role in the snail's survival and daily activities.

Snails should eat cuttle fish, but the only place that you could find cuttle fish is the ocean. If you not able to get some cuttle fish, the best thing that a snail would eat is lettuce or anything you would put in a salad. Snails will also eat tree bark or leaves, but if you get the food yourself, soak it overnight to get the chemicals off.
yes...look for it
What do you find in the snail?
There is no accurate answer, you would have to weigh it at the grocery store to find out.
