How do guppies sleep?

hi I have 4 female and 1 male, All mine sleep at the bottom of the tank on the gravel while the lights are off but its not uncommon for them to sleep at the top of the tank, usually they perk up as soon as the light comes back on

Guppies sleep at the bottom of the tank. They prefer the smooth glass of the bottom of the tank, so clear a small section of the gravel away if you have gravel, it will be more comfy for your little fish.

Guppies swim a litle hyper because their just learning as a baby is taking his/her first steps.

No, fish have an extra eyelid which we can't see. It normally looks to us like they are awake though.
