I've read a source that states they are not immune it is the fact that their bodies are far more effective at fighting it as their bodies contain a chemical that chokes cancers / tumours ability to grow. So in a sense yes. Google it.

Yes. However, due to the fact that they've evolved over hundreds of millions of years, their immune system is robust. They also don't have bones, just cartilage. Humans for example, can get bone cancer, while a shark who doesn't have bones, can't.
