Nothing that I know of , maybe something like snails could help brake it down but apart from that best way is to build a skimmer before those leaves sink.
Or give the pond a total clean otherwise use a dirty water pump to pump out those dead leaves at the bottom

NO FISH CAN EAT A WHALE! Unless the whale is already dead another fish can not eat it! If it is dead then it would float to the bottom, and bottom feeders would eat it.
Earthworms eat dead or rotting leaves.
