between 8 to 12 hours a day. No more. Time of day is not important as long as the tank gets a full 12 hours or complete darkness.
IN WATER!!!! (TANK!!)
Not unless you had another fish in there.
an aquarium or a fish tank
The charcoal filter in a fish tank should be changed every 2-4 weeks to maintain water quality and keep the tank clean for the fish.
It is absolutely ok to have a lamp by the betta fish tank, just make sure its not on 24/7, as fish need dark and light periods to function normally.
2 or 3
Leave it in room temperature areas Put the warm water into something that is insulated, even if you keep it on low heat. A thermos, hot water bottle or insulated drink cup are some containers.
I am pretty sure (because I own many) all you have to do is put them under a heat lamp in a fish tank (with no water). Good Luck!

i would not in case it were to fall over or if the tank would get tooo hot use a fish light 4 watts per gallon and leave it on for eight to four hours a day Bettas should have a heated tank (78F) and a close fitting cover to keep the air warm and damp so they can breath it easily without damage to their 'labyrinth'. A modern low wattage lamp should not provide too much heat. A light is good.
No, it is not safe to keep lucky bamboo in a fish tank as it can release toxins that are harmful to fish.
The temperature of the water depends on the type of life/fish you intend to keep in the aquarium.
