Yes. If the potentially hazardous food (milk, chicken, meat) has gone above 40°F for more than 2 hours, consider throwing it out. It is not worth the risk of trying to salvage it.

The same amount of time it took to cook the food. If its and hour dish you have an hour to serve it befor eit goes bad.
Food in the freezer can remain safe for a period of time, even if there is a power outage or if the freezer is opened frequently. However, if the temperature rises above 0°F (-18°C) for an extended period, the quality may deteriorate, and bacteria can begin to grow. After 24 hours, food that has thawed but remains below 40°F (4°C) may still be safe, but texture and flavor could be compromised. Always check for signs of spoilage before consuming thawed food.
That depends on the make/model of fridge. The manufacturer will have supplied that information for each type of fridge they sell - however, the time given assumes you are NOT opening the door. Different fridge makes/models come with different standards of insulation.
Bacteria can form on food left out of the refrigerator after an hour.
this could be due to a bad ignition modual in the disttibutor
It won't go bad for only one hour.
The air conditioner may be faulty and have caused the circuit breaker to trip out. Or a capacitor in the A/C could have gone bad due to a power spike (such as during a lightning storm), tripping the breaker and then leaving the A/C not working anymore.
yes standing for an hour is bad to us.we must move our feet or walk.
