Spell check facility is also there in Power Point. It is there under the review tab and then Spelling.

Well, If your talking about staffs, then you would simply buy a staff (one option would be Zaffs staffs in varrrock) and weild it. Then, click on the combat menu, and select "Spell" ---------------------- (Be sure to have the right runes in your inventory)
Because that's the default setting. If you do not want it on, go to the preferences menu and change it. (You can also have words spell checked in other languages.)
Go over to the Create button, but don't click it. Roll over it. It will show you a drop down menu. Click the words that spell Set.
