For the Dough:
4 Cups flour
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 eggs
Water (didnt list the quantity, but use just enough to create a very sticky dough)
Rest the dough for 15-20 min.
For the Filling:
Boil Potatoes (I think she said Yukon Gold)
1/2 pound of butter
American Cheese (use enough to make the filling pretty stringy)

- Add filing and fold in half.
- MASH sides of dough around the filling
Bring a bunch of butter (like 1 inch on the bottom of the pan) to a boil and add a lot of onions
Add the Pierogis to the boiling butter and boil for about 5 minutes.
