The overall best restaraunt in Ocean City would have to be Hooper's Crab House. The best restaraunt inside an hotel is SkipJack Grill inside the Commander Hotel. For pizza, go to Tugos!
Every single town's person has a recipe that they will give you once they consider you to be a friend, just be sure to write it down as they will only tell you once. The Cooking Channel will also air a new recipe every Tuesday. A few other shows will also have a recipe on them once in a while. You can dig up a recipe for ketchup in the winter mine. There is also a recipe floating around in the ocean that you can fish out. It's easier to just look them up on line really.

I have tried to find the origin of this recipe, but every old cookbook I can find tells the same story: The recipe for potato candy was passed down from one generation to another. Potatoes were brought to the Americas with European settlers, so it makes sense to believe that potato candy's origins may lie across the ocean.
