Ingredients:

  • 3 cups small marshmallows
  • 1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 11oz. can of mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup plain coconut

In a large bowl, gently combine the marshmallows, crushed pineapple, pineapple, oranges, yogurt and coconut. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Makes 10 servings.
