Teddy Bears are more friendly than dwarf hamsters because if you have long work days and come home to just nap or something you wont have time for your dwarf and they LOVE attention, they will become very mad and think he is all by himself. So when you come in to get him on the weekends, the wont be very friendly!! But teddy bears are more patient and calm. mine was so sweet he thought he was a dog!! Hope that helped :3
no, teddy bear hamsters are very territorial and will fight the other hamster.
Syrian hamsters ,dwarf hamsters ,roborovski hamsters, and teddy bear hamsters
definitley syrian. they live longer and are waaay less wild then dwarf hamsters. the dwarfs we used to have batted bit and were wild. the syrians and teddy bear hamsters we had were calm and easy to take care of. First time owner: don't hold your hamster for the first couple of days or they may get wet tail :)
Teddy bear hamsters are just long haired syrian hamsters.
Actually, black bear and teddy bear hamsters are the same. They each live about three years.
There is no such breed as a Dwarf teddy bear hamster. The normal 'Teddy Bear' hamster is just a nick-name given to another variation of the Syrian hamster. This is the long haired variety and is sometimes referred to as the "Teddy Bear" These hamsters are all one and the same breed, the Syrian hamster. (Mesocricetus auratus) No attempt should be made to intermix different species.
teddy bear hamsters are 6 to 7 inches (15 to 17cm) in length.
Not all Teddy Bear Hamsters have red eyes. Most have black eyes, grow to be about five inches long, and will bite if not cared for gently. Teddy Bear Hamsters have a light brown or gold coat, and prefer to live alone.
depends on how long its fur is. or if its small or big. furry hampsters are teddy bear hampsters. short haired brown fur are golden hampsters. extremely tiny ones are dwarf. look it up
A teddy bear hamster is a type of syrian hamster and can be identified usually by their golden fur. Russian dwarf hamsters are much smaller than syrian hamsters so it is easy to tell them apart
Pretty much, the only difference is that teddy bear hamsters have longer fur
I'm not sure but i believe dwarf hamsters but most dwarf hamsters are mean i prefer teddy bear hamsters (but they only last about 2 years) there really nice thought
