i have had this happen lots of times whether your feeding them or not... it scares me every time... and it is with different betta fish so i think it is normal!
yes but it does not hurt
becuse thay bite other fish
Depends on the temperament. Sometimes they'll come up and tap your finger! A betta fish bite doesn't hurt because they can't actually bite you. Their mouth is too small! But if your bettas are anything like mine, they won't even touch your finger! They're not Piranhas..
No, they do not have teeth. They may nibble looking for food, but they cannot bite.
It is doubtful they could bite your finger off but they can certainly give a nasty bite A ferret would not be able to bite a humans finger off, but they would be able to bite through your finger. They have very sharp teeth and a powerful jaw that can exert a great deal of pressure.
Np, but they will bite. Yes, they will fight to the death.
Yes you can bite a finger off but if you do you might become enemies with who you did it to and might vomit if you swollow it but why the hell would you bite a finger off in the first place? 0.0
Betta fish have a wonderfull varity of sharp teeth in the front to eat and to bite to protect its self and a place in the back to keep there babys eggs. and yes my betta fish bites anyting else but me and things in its fish tank because its used to me but if you get a betta fish i strongly suggest that you don't put your finger in its tank until its like almost 4 months in your careIt depends on the fish. Some do, some don't.yes
plop
Yes I belive so. If there is a bunch of them it can realy HURT!
Depends what fish you have, if the fish are colourful and have long fins then it'll probably bite it to death, every betta is different.
