Who said "no"? Cooking it will kill any harmful organisms and as long as its not left out of the fridge too long after cooking it, there's almost no chance of it collecting any bacteria! Once its cooled down completely in fridge, wrap it properly and freeze immediately. Simple

Can baked chicken be frozen thawed out and frozen again?

When freezing you should try to only thaw out once. After that heat up and eat it! If you are cooking raw food from frozen, perhaps thawing first, perhaps cooking from frozen; then you could freeze the meal once it has been cooked properly. After this again only thaw it out once.

Can you eat chicken that has been frozen two times?

It is not safe to consume chicken which has been allowed to reach room temperature and then refrozen. This is often the cause of food poisoning. Once a food has reached room temperature it should be thoroughly cooked and then eaten or allowed to cool and then stored in a refridgerator.

Is it okay to put Raw chicken into soup broth?

It is not OK to add raw chicken to a cooked chicken casserole. It would be safer to cook the raw chicken separately, then add it to the cooked casserole when reheating if you will be eating it all at once. Otherwise, keep the freshly cooked chicken separately to avoid reheating it several times.

Can you refreeze chicken thats been thawed in water?

It isn't generally safe to refreeze raw food. This is especially true for chicken, which is contaminated with salmonella at scary-high rates. If the chicken has thawed, it isn't generally safe to refreeze it and eat it later. This is especially true if it is thawed in room-temperature water rather than being thawed in the refrigerator. Once thawed, the chicken should be cooked fairly quickly. Once cooked, it can then be frozen for later consumption.

Could you get a recipe on here?

yes in fact here's a recipe, buy: any noodle of your choice one jar of Alfredo sauce grilled chicken strips (or frozen chicken) boil 8 to 10 cups of water on high in a pot. then in a frying pan fill the lid of a veggie oil jug , pour into frying pan. next cook chicken in oil. then once the chicken is cooked pour Alfredo sauce in with chicken. then let it simmer. in the pot of water pour in the noodles (cook noodles the amount of time that the box or bag says to) once everything is cooked strain noodles. after that blend for a Delicious bowl of Chicken Alfredo.

Is it better to freeze partially or fully cooked chicken?

Your main concern will be from the potential contamination that happens in the defrosting process. Although many types of bacteria will die if exposed to freezing temperatures, there are those that don't. You should look into that for the bacteria that is typically found in raw chicken. It may be that those bacterium can only be cooked out of the food. I wouldn't risk it.
