You can give your laying chickens leftover vegetables, fruits, grains, bread, pasta, and other kitchen scraps. Just make sure the food is fresh, not spoiled, and avoid giving them anything that is toxic to chickens like avocado, chocolate, or raw beans. It's best to supplement their diet with commercial chicken feed to ensure they are getting the right balance of nutrients for egg production.

Sausages, kebabs, burgers, pet mince and so on.
Yard cuttings are the scraps left over after you groom your lawn. AKA- mowing, weed eating, etc. It is also the scraps you cut off shrubs, trees, bushes and flowering plants.
Because they are so delicious.
Oh yes! They love pasta and it is quite a treat for both them to eat and you to watch. Pasta is fine to feed to the hens, they will gobble it up, fight for scraps. Nothing funnier than a hen with a long string of spaghetti hanging in it's beak and running around the yard trying to keep it away from the other hens. They believe it is worms and they are prized finds in the farmyard.
