Yes, you can can cooked beans. They have to be canned using a pressure canner since they are a "low acid" food. The processing time depends on the altitude of where you live (easily found on-line). I usually put meat in mine so I have to process for the longest time specified for meats. Check your ingredients and use the time longest time specified for the individual ingredients. I would strongly suggest that you only cook the beans a little less than half the time that you normally would (still pretty firm) as they will also be cooking in the pressure canner. I have had more than one batch taste scorched because I didn't allow for the extra cooking time in the canner. It's really not a process for just canning leftovers. Good luck!
