i think pregnant woman can eat Oranges since they have vitamin c and folic acid which is good for the baby and the mother but too much of it leads to the baby being orange when its born. atleast only half a glass a day or only 4 glasses a week of Orange Juice will do. dont over do it unless u want to stay in hospital for 2 weeks waiting for your babys orange colour to fade off.
