Yes, stewed tomatoes or picante sauce can be substituted in equal amounts for any recipe that calls for Tomato Juice or ketchup. My family likes to put their ketchup on the meat loaf after it is cooked, so using tomato juice or ketchup in the recipe was to much, but the stewed tomatoes give the dish a milder flavor. The picante sauce spices it up.
It is a canned tomato product where the tomatoes were cooked with onion and celery and sometimes spices before canning.
Yes. You need to peel the tomatoes. Put them in very hot water for a few minutes and the skin will come off very easily. Now, cut them up in small pieces and boil them in one cup of water until they are soft. (That's stewed tomatoes.)
yes
i think it depends alot on what you have in your pantry. like if you have pasta, some garlic, sauce, and parsly you can make wonderful meat balls. if you have tomato paste and bacon you can make meat loaf. for the meat loaf you put the tomato paste on before cooking it than cover it with bacon the meat loaf is yummy and your kids will love it(if you have kids)
You can, but a meat loaf would be better baked. With a meat loaf you need to mix the meat with eggs, bread crumbs, spices before putting in the pot. Throwing in a frozen chunk of meat means you will just get cooked ground meat. Crock pots are good for a roast, chicken, ribs, Swiss steak. You would cook it on low for 8 hours. Watch the spices because in a crockpot they get stronger and make sure you have enough liquid so not to burn.
Well i don't know why you would put any beans in a taco... A taco just needs meat tomatoes and lettice...

It was originally made by homeless people so it included whatever they could find to put in it. Now it usually includes potatoes, tomatoes, peas, and a little meat (beef or chicken). You put all the vegetables and meat into a pot, cover with water and simmer until the potatoes are tender and the meat is cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
You can stick beans in your ears for all I care. However, I personally wouldn't put tomatoes on my eyes. Tomatoes are decidedly acidic (not as much as, say, lemons, but still).
