Can you eat beef stew if you have gallstones?

My gallbladder had been removed 14 years or so ago. I had a 16 oz steak last night. My intestines are gurgling, and I will have some awkwardness in my digestion for the next day or two because of the fat in steak, but I'll be fine.

YES! But if you are having a gall bladder attack with nausea, vomiting and severe stomach cramps, You should avoid everything that has grease in it. Greasy foods, chocolate and milk products are 3 things that can trigger an attack.
