It's generally best to avoid eating solid foods like waffles right after getting a tongue piercing, as they can irritate the piercing and increase the risk of infection. Soft foods, cool liquids, and a diet of bland items are recommended for the first few days. If you really want to eat waffles, consider cutting them into small pieces and ensuring they are soft to minimize discomfort. Always follow your piercer's aftercare instructions for the best healing results.
