Mostly Freshwater Fish further inland where there is no salt content, however many rivers have a high salt content because of the tidal push and so many fish that are salt water fish or which have a good tolerance to high salt levels will also be found in rivers. Conversely the Zambezi Shark (also known as the Bull Shark), has been found many miles upriver and is therefore very capable and tolerant of hunting in fresh water.
