Hey there i had two common goldfish in an established fish tank which i got off a friend, i added two shubunkins to the tank and they all get along. that was 2 years ago now and they are all still fine....
If you look around pet stores, they should have some Goldfish. There are Fantails and Shubunkin Goldfish. I got Shubunkin. But be careful if you put it in with Danios because I got mine yesterday and if the Danios are hungry thet might pick on the Shubunkin.
Do not, no matter what put a goldfish and a betta together unless you want the goldfish to die!!!
godfish can be any color-not just gold. yes u can put them together if they r the same breed (goldfish)
No. Unless you put it in a tank with sand.
You need to provide 1 gallon of water per inch of fish. Goldfish get along fine with other goldfish.
Yes
No you cannot put a frog with goldfish; goldfish belong with goldfish
no never put suckerfish with goldfish as they will suck the slimes and scales off the goldfish and kill them. as for shrimp, i dont know???
who cares? I think they will eat them because i once had two little guppies and the next morning they were gone. Answer- Yes, they will eat them. If they don't the guppies will die, because the stuff on the goldfish is like a poison for other fish. You should only put goldfish with goldfish.
Yes, silverfish are real. They are pests, insects that live in dark and damp places, like books that have gotten wet, or in bathtubs and drains. Their scientific name is Lapisma Sacharina, and they are common in almost all of the world.
No fancy goldfish should not be housed with the more common varieties of goldfish because common goldfish are more aggressive and can swim faster which in turn would result in competition over food causing the fancy goldfish to become stressed and more susceptible to disease. Also common goldfish may damage the fancy goldfish's delicate fins by nipping at them. This (above) may be true in some cases, but I have a 15' x 8' outdoor pond with 2 fancy goldfish, 2 Sarassa Comets (goldfish) and 2 common goldfish and they all get along fine with each other as well as with my 2 Koi. I watch them eat and everyone gets enough, although the fancies are timid when it comes to getting the food. I wait until the others have eaten alot and throw out more food in their direction. Both my fancies are huge and the biggest I have ever seen anywhere.
around 2 weeks to 3 weeks. put away from direct sunlight to avoid moss growth. temperature around 35-37. put methylene blue or anti moss to kill moss if available.
