Yes, you can freeze a roasted chicken. Use an airtight container or plastic bag.

Thaw thoroughly before heating. Wrap it in foil to help keep the meat moist and make sure the chicken is piping hot throughout before serving.

Depending on size. If they are quarters then place in oven dish, a little stock to keep moist and cover with baking foil. Cook for at least 15/20 mins at 150C Perhaps remove foil after 10/15 minutes. Test temperature at bone and ensure it is piping hot, at least 75C! I would never recommend using a microwave.
