Yes, we do it all the time. However, you have to be careful not to get any on any green plant material of the grape. Not on leaves, not on shoots, not on green canes. Because of this, it's best to try to spray the weeds when they are small. It's best to do it earlier in the day so the pesticide can't volatilize (evaporate) and get on the rest of the plant or neighboring plants.
