Adding cream or other dairy products will reduce the spicyness of a hot curry.
You can use it but single cream can "split".
You use single cream
To make a creamy curry using coconut cream instead of coconut milk, use coconut cream as the base of the curry sauce and simmer it with your choice of spices, vegetables, and protein. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and adjust the consistency by adding water or broth as needed.
Cream of mushroom soup, or coconut milk, basically some form of cream. Heat.
You can use both, but for the better texture and better taste use double cream Hope this helped
Depending on the ingredients of your curry, if its water based add a bit more water, if cream/ coconut cream based add a bit more of that. a bit of extra salt might also help. Some say sugar helps but I'm not crazy about sweet flavors in curry.
I think you mean Single cream (as opposed to double cream.)Single cream is for pouring and double cream is meant to be whipped so it stands up firm. These are the terms used in the UK. In the USA I think they use different words for the types of cream.
Curry
pls advice how to make double cream...give me the reciepe pls.
Curry powder (along with other spices) is what is used to give "curry" a "curry taste".
add coconut cream to it or something creamy
Some people use single or double but the thickness depends on how much you let it heat on the stove.
