Did Jiff or Skippy make peanut butter and bacon together for selling?

Yes and no I remember it as a child to and no one else does either. It was not actually bacon, but I thought so.

In 1966, Skippy brand peanut butter introduced a special peanut butter blend called "Peanut Butter with Smoky Crisps."

I remember. And I have been eating them ever since. Peanut butter and bacon bits on Italian bread. Try it on marble rye! Amazing!
