No, for two reasons:
1) Any swallowed watermelon seeds will be so altered by the hydrochloric acid in your stomach that they would be unable to sprout.
2) Even if they could sprout, that would take 5-7 days. Any watermelon seed you swallow is long gone out the "other end" by that time.
