I'm not sure about what you wish to know. Is it

a) eating banana is good for one's hair?

or

b) using banana on one's scalp (as a hair-pack) is good for hair?

if its (a), then i must tell you bananas primarily contain iron, so, no i don't think it'd make much difference to your hair.

if its (b), then i'd say that applying banana pulp is sure good if you have an oily scalp, because bana tends to make your hair dry (telling this from experience).

if you wish to use banana pulp on your scalp, make sure that you MASH it well in a blender and strain it, or the banana globules will stick to your hair and be very difficult to wash off.
