No. They are derived from different plants. The confusion is because the names are similar. Cocaine comes from the coca plant, while chocolate comes from the cacao (or cocoa) plant.
No, it does not contain cocaine.
cacao (chocolate) and the coca (cocaine) plant are two different plants.
Only that they both contain a stimulant, are used to make people feel good, and are derived from South American plants starting with the letter C. (The stimulant in chocolate is caffiene, which is far less addictive or effective than cocaine.) The Cacao plant grows beans used to make chocolate. The Coca plant grows roots used to make cocaine, and leaves which are used to make a more mild stimulant in the form of raw leaf, candy or tea (for starters) used to combat altitude sickness in the Andes. Both root and leaf contain cocaine, though the roots are where it is concentrated and thus can be economically processed to create pure cocaine. (And yes, South American drug lords understand economics too...especially the part about markups.)
Cocaine is derived from the coca plant, not cocoa. The coca plant, specifically the Erythroxylum coca species, is used to produce cocaine. It typically takes about 1,000 to 2,000 coca plants to produce enough raw materials for a significant amount of cocaine, as the leaves contain only a small percentage of the alkaloid cocaine. In contrast, cocoa plants are used to produce chocolate and do not contain cocaine.

I highly doubt that. There is nothing in hot chocolate that can show cocaine results. Chocolate consumption does not show up for anything in a drug test :). too many poppy seeds can show up as a positive.
