Short answer? No. Long answer? No.

While cinnamon has been shown to help curb appetite, this is only in relatively large doses. This amount of cinnamon is difficult, if not impossible, to ingest simply through food, but must be taken in supplement form. Cinnamon in large doses can help to regulate blood sugar levels. When blood sugar drops too low too quickly (usually the result of rising too high too quickly) it can result in food cravings, especially for things high in sugar or other simple carbohydrates.

But adding cinnamon to ice cream does not "cut" the fat content of the original product. Not even if it's cinnamon flavored ice cream.
