not very big because i have 2 gerbils and my cage is small
yes, gerbils like to live in groups like a meerkat in australia. if the cage is big enough, if u have a small cage they will get territorial
For three gerbils, the cage should ideally be at least 24 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 12 inches high. A larger space, such as 30 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 18 inches high, is even better to allow for more enrichment and movement. Ensure the cage has good ventilation, solid floors, and horizontal bars for climbing. Providing ample space helps reduce stress and promotes a healthier environment for your gerbils.
you can get them a hamster cage or a gerbilarioum, gerbilarioums are usually big and they don't have any bars unlike a hamsters cages.
Well of course they live in the house. Obviously it will be silly to let them roam freely though. Get a nice big cage for them and add lots of sawdust and paper shreddings. Make the cage fun with stuff to chew on and tubes to crawl through. They like warm environments since they are desert rats. The cage must be cleaned every week unless it is very big then every fortnight will do. If you want any more info then just message me.
i bought mine at petsmart they sell vet assured gerbils there and they live the longest if you buy them there, but if you do get one get two they love to cuddle but only get them from the same family. I would advise a breeder. They are much healthier and friendlier.
they can but they would need a big cage. but they can live alone
i would say about three times the size of an adult tiger would be about right
about the size of a lentil.
The duration of The Big Cage is 1.37 hours.
TAKE IT TO THE VET!!!
