There is no safe way to lose that much weight that fast. Half that would be really pushing it. Two pounds a week is a reasonable amount. And if you lose 10% of your weight, it will be very noticeable.
exercise always helps. it's the only TRUE SOLUTION. if you only have 3 weeks, then exercise A LOT. run a mile everyday plus walk 3 miles and whenever you're bored do jumping jacks or push ups.
Let's say you are losing a healthy amount of weight a week.. 2 pounds sounds good. It would take you around 82 weeks to lose 175 pounds. That's around 2 and a half years. If you are losing weight the healthy way-clean eating, cardio and strength training-you will notice a lot of difference with not that much weight lost.
