I used to make sour dough bread and after I got it perfected I started making cinnamon rolls with the dough and topped them with powdered sugar icing. I don't know why but I lost weight and I would eat 2 or 3 large ones a day...besides my regular meals. In fact I went to a health food store about 20 years ago and asked them if anyone ever said anything about cinnamon and sugar combined causing weight loss...they had not, but thought it was great that I honed in on the source of my weight loss.
