There are 2 ways to freeze rosemary:

1. Send her out in the winter without a coat.

2. Put her in the deep freezor.

Place it in a zip-top plastic bag and push the air out, then freeze. It can also be good to wrap the springs lightly in a single-ply paper towel inside the bag, too.
