take a pan put 2 spoons of oil in it
than take the fish puy flowers on both side, than pu it in the oil.
after a while turn the fish a let it cook another 5 min and the fish shoul be ready!
you can add some little tomato while is friyng ans some cappers.

They either coat the fish in flour and place it in an oiled pan and then flip it over after a bit or what i do is melt some butter and using a pastry brush, brush the fish all over, season the fish and then brush it with oil. pan fry for 2-3 minutes skin side down first and then flip it over!
