, You probably could be ultra safe and put a drop of "nano particle' colloidal silver in it. Silver coins were tossed in drinking water, hundreds of years ago, for purification.
Now we have better applications. You can look on YouTube, searching above mentioned type liquid drops, they are purified, I've used it personally many times for an
antibiotic response. Safe and gives taste back to your water!
"Sometimes" the plastic may deteriorate under heat or direct light conditions, in which case the above mentioned solutions work best for sure. Much debate over that topic exist.
The only other product I've seen that does the same and will treat many gallons with a drop or two, are found in urbansurvival or military supply places. But those usually taste worse to me, than it was originally. It probably IS algae or bacteria of some sort, and your nose, taste are reflex systems smart enough to tell you "NO". Awareness is a good thing ! Hope I helped. Best Regards.
Bottled spring water comes from a natural spring and is typically high in minerals, while bottled mineral water comes from underground sources and has a specific amount of minerals added for taste and health benefits. Spring water is naturally filtered and usually has a more neutral taste, while mineral water has a distinct mineral content that can vary depending on the source.
Depends - bottled or spring water is exactly the same as it came out of the ground. Some brands have added minerals for taste.

Deerpark Spring Water is bottled from a spring near Deer Park, Maryland. The company was recently acquired by Nestle and comes from natural spring water.
Bottled water is basically 100% pure water(H2O). The bottle is air-tight to prevent contamination, this means that it is only filled with nothing but water and not algae. The presence of algae growing in it means that it's contaminated and it is generally unsafe to drink.
NO.
Urban legend. Poland Spring water is bottled in a clean, controlled environment, and is purified before bottling.
There is no certain taste for bottled water. But to me it tastes like raspberrys?! lol idk why though? This question was answered by: Mya<3
Bottled spring water is a mixture, mainly water with small amounts of dissolved salts.
sure
Bottled spring water is often not better for people because it does not undergo the same rigorous testing for impurities as a city's municipal water supply, which is the origin of tap water.
The benefits of bottled water over tap water are it does not have that metallic taste which can be found from tap water, high health and safety standards are associated with bottled water to ensure it is free of contaminants.
