• 1 pound ground chicken
• 1 grated carrot
• 2 minced green onions
• 1 clove crushed garlic
• 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
• 1 tablespoon light molasses
• 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

1) Mix by hand until combined:

3)Shape the mixture into 3 1/2-inch patties. The mixture will be very soft and moist, so rest the patties on waxed paper.
4) Cook the patties for about 12 minutes on a grill over medium heat or until the juice runs clear from the centre of the burger when pierced with the tip of a knife. Serve on warmed buns with cucumber slices, lettuce, and onions.
