The best smoothies are made with bananas, yogurt, and other fruits that you like. (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, mangos, etc.) the trick is to add bananas or else it does not taste very good. All you have to do is put all of your fruits and yogurts into a blender then blend it on about meduim until it is fully liquid. If it is too thick, add some water to make it more soft.
