Milky Way is translated 'la voie lactée' in French. The chocolate bar's name isn't translated.
people usually say milky white, because all the stars together look like milky white.
Scientist say there MIGHT be billions of solar systems in the Milky Way but I believe we are the only one!
There isn't one. really. If there is a difference, you could say that the Milky Way is the milky band of light as seen from Earth, whereas the Milky Way Galaxy is the whole galaxy, which includes those bit's we cannot see from Earth. Best to just accept they are one and the same.
There no milky way in sky there is only milky way galaxy
They don't find any galaxies. They stay in the Milky Way. If they left the Milky Way, Madeleine L'Engle doesn't say it in the book!
Milky Way is 258,000ly in diameter, according to new observations. And is 1.5trln solar masses. highest mass they got is 2.3trln. but we now say its probably around 1.5trln.
The Milky Way galaxy is.... called the Milky Way Galaxy
Every star you see is in the Milky Way, so you can say it is visible throughout the year. A particular line that looks like a trail or a sort of milky way goes through the night sky and can also be seen all year round in different constellations.
The galaxy that contains Earth and the rest of the Solar system is the Milky Way galaxy.
Zero. We are in it
the milky way is just the name of our galaxy, there isn't really a "milky way"
All the stars you see are part of the Milky Way, and so are we. So you could say they are the same distance. There is a particular patch through the sky which we particularly refer to as the Milky Way, and there are many stars that are nearer to us than that.
