The same way any other food company does.. a lot of it will be by truck. Since Kraft doesn't deal directly with individual purchasers - only major bulk purchasers - they'll ship their commodities out by the truckload, which will usually be sent to a distribution center for that retailer, from which they'll be repackaged with other commodities into trailers which will do the actual distribution to the store(s).
