It depends a lot on how well it was wrapped with it was frozen. If it is raw chicken you're asking about and it was well wrapped excluding as much air as possible, it will last several months - even a year. If it was poorly wrapped and air got to it while it was frozen, it develops dry spots called freezer burn. It's still edible but you would need to cut off the dried out spots and it would have to be cooked in a stew or soup with a lot of liquid.
