If an account is inactive for over 30 days, it may be marked as inactive, but the account and its information are not deleted. Users can reactivate their accounts simply by logging back in. However, if an account remains inactive for an extended period, POF may eventually delete it to free up space.

Your Moshi Monster can not die. It is possible that Moshi Monsters may delete your account after it has been in active for a long time, otherwise your account should still be there.
