At our house - only a day or two because it is consumed.

Salsa, like pickles, peppers, ketchup, mustard, etc., may be stored in the fridge for several weeks as long as it is stored properly. Make sure the rim of the jar and lid are wiped clean before putting it away. the salsa my wife made cooked and jarred was opened a little over two .5 wks ago
well....... there should be an expiration date on the jar.......... do i need to say any more?
