There are 24g of carbs in one serving size (about 19 pretzels) of mini pretzels. An original soft pretzel from Auntie Anne's has 72g of carbs!
To determine how many bags of pretzels you need to feed 100 people, you first need to know the serving size of each bag of pretzels. Let's assume a typical serving size is 1 ounce. On average, a standard bag of pretzels is around 16 ounces. So, for 100 people, you would need 100 ounces of pretzels, which is equivalent to approximately 6.25 bags of pretzels.
That depends on the size of the bag. One ounce of hard, plain, salted pretzels is approximately 106-108 calories. One serving, which is about 10 twists, is approximately 227-228 calories. 3 ½ ounces or 100g is approximately 378 calories.

One serving of what?
There are two kinds of pretzels, one is hard and one is soft. Hard one is covered in some salt and the soft one is like bread.
Quite simple, really. On the back of most food items, you will find something called "Nutrition Facts". Lets say you have a bag of Pretzels, and You look on the back and it says: "Suggested serving: 47 pretzels" and then , right below it, it would say: "Servings per Container: 897". That means that there are (897*47) 42, 129 pretzels in the bag....now where can you get a bag of 42,129 pretzels?
the answer is 8 oz per serving.

There are:approx 378 calories in 3 ½ ounces or 100g of hard, plain, salted pretzels.
"1 cup is equal to 8 ounces, so 20 ounces of pretzels equals 2 1/2 cups. " This really doesn't make sense to me because the question seems to me mix measurements one refers to weight and one to volume so 1 cup volume would not necessarily equal 8 Oz. by weight, which is what I am looking to find out. I have a recipe that referes to 10 cups of regular size pretzels...so is that an average bag of pretzels or more....
