it depends on how many calories are in that bar, usally a snickers bars has around 350cal, there are numerous excerises that can be done to minimize it. The best to lose calories are the stepper, usally at the highest level it would roughly take you around 40mins to burn that off. But you would have to be sweating alot. However the sat.fat in the bar stays on in your body and would remain there for a couple of days so you would need to keep burning.
