A rough number - 4 to 5 large Oranges should be considered enough per day.

If you feel Acidity, do not exceed above your limit.


Actually, you cannot overdose on Vitamin C, as your body will naturally get rid of it through urination, and the only drawback being really yellow pee. So eat as many as you want.
